Here’s how to make one:
Ingredients
- 70 ml The Twelve Botanical Gin
- 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- Generous splash of agave
- 60 ml soda or sparkling water
Add ice.
Shake all ingredients firmly in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into a highball or martini cocktail glass.
Garnish the rim of your glass with salt and a wedge of grapefruit for added pizazz.
